In placing a message on the Headway Webwall doners must agree that:
- They will not place messages of an abusive nature, messages containing sexual religious or political content that may be considered offensive by other parties on the Headway Webwall.
- They accept full legal and financial responsibility for any action that may be invoked in a court of law as result of any message placed on the Headway Webwall by themselves.
- Headway Thames Valley may remove any message thought to be inappropriate or offensive.
- Should Headway Thames Valley remove any message placed on the Headway Webwall, then they may apply for a full refund of any monies paid to Headway Thames Valley for the placement of that particular message.
- Headway Thames Valley is exonerated from any legal or financial responsibility for any action that may be invoked in a court of law as result of any message placed on the Headway Webwall by an individual.
